The needle is injected into the veins on the arm and the liquid spreads around the body increasing Vigor and Strength by +1 for 24 hours. However, due to the drowsiness-inducing chemicals used in its production, it causes +10 stun for up to 6 hours after the ‘high’ has worn off, and dosages are strictly controlled to a single Stim per day
